Software Specifications
- The version of the operating system must be installed (only genuine software licenses accepted) – in English only
- Apple Mac machines should have an English system & Microsoft Office for Mac (All Genuine Versions accepted – in English only)
- For Windows machines, Microsoft Office 2016 or later
- The IT training courses on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access etc., are based on the 2016 or later version of Microsoft Office
- Professional Anti-Virus software is recommended e.g. Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee, Trend Micro, Bitdefender, Sophos

IT Support
During Induction week the IT Support team will assist in setting up email and Wi-Fi access on your laptop however AIHM does not offer any hardware support for laptops. The responsibility of hardware maintenance, purchase of all software, upgrades and support rests with the student. You are encouraged to save your files on cloud solution (OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, etc), external hard disks or USB keys, and it is recommended that all devices are checked for viruses on a regular basis.

From Suvarnabhumi Airport: The AIHM Bangkok Campus is only 45 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport with an approximate travel time of 1.5 hours.*
From Don Muang Airport: The travel time between AIHM Bangkok Campus and Don Mueang International Airport is approximately 45 minutes.*

Limousine service is available from both airports and is easily booked through the Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel.
