About AIHM’s Pattaya Campus

Our campus is located inside Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya and near some of the most recognised hospitality names in Thailand, including the Avani Pattaya Resort.

Software Specifications
- The version of the operating system must be installed (only genuine software licenses accepted) – in English only
- Apple Mac machines should have an English system & Microsoft Office for Mac (All Genuine Versions accepted – in English only)
- For Windows machines, Microsoft Office 2016 or later
- The IT training courses on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access etc., are based on the 2016 or later version of Microsoft Office
- Professional Anti-Virus software is recommended e.g. Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee, Trend Micro, Bitdefender, Sophos

IT Support
During Induction week the IT Support team will assist in setting up email and Wi-Fi access on your laptop however AIHM does not offer any hardware support for laptops. The responsibility of hardware maintenance, purchase of all software, upgrades and support rests with the student. You are encouraged to save your files on cloud solutions (OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud, Google Drive, etc), external hard disks, or USB keys, and it is recommended that all devices are checked for viruses on a regular basis.
AIHM provides pre-arrival support including airport pick-up service for new international students. the Admissions Office two weeks prior to arrival.

AIHM’s Pattaya Campus is strategically located to support the needs of Thailand’s fast-growing tourism industry, particularly that of the Eastern Economic Corridor. In MasterCard’s list of Global Destination Cities Index 2019, Pattaya ranked 15th with 9.4 million visitors. AIHM students will contribute firsthand to support Thailand’s booming tourist destination.
From Bangkok by car: AIHM’s Pattaya Campus is a 1.5-hour drive from Bangkok.* Take the Bangna-Trad Highway or the Chonburi Motorway south east, towards Chonburi/Trad and follow signs to Pattaya. When entering Pattaya from either north or south on the Sukhumvit highway, take the South Pattaya (Pattaya Tai) exit and follow the South Pattaya Road to the end. Turn right at the traffic-lights onto Pattaya Second Road. The university is located right next to the Avani Pattaya Resort located on the left, 500 metres from the traffic light.

Limousine service is available from three airports – Suvarnabhumi Airport, Don Mueang International Airport and U-Tapao Airport – and can be easily booked through Avani Pattaya Resort.
