BARISTA IN THE MAKING

Whether you dream of owning your own coffee shop, being able to serve barista-style coffee to friends and family, or simply have a passion for caffeine, our barista course is made for you. 

In an intimate group of five gathered at the Asian Institute of Hospitality Management (AIHM) in academic association with Les Roches, Bangkok campus, you will learn the basic theory of coffee making, the origin of coffee, and different coffee types commonly served around the globe. You”ll have many opportunities to practise making coffee to a professional standard using a commercial espresso machine. You’ll walk away from the three-day course able to pour the perfect espresso shot and create impressive latte art.
